Private sessions

Private one-on-one sessions that are not rescheduled or canceled 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session and a loss of the financial investment at the rate of one session.
Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time unless other arrangements have been previously made. Clients must contact us if they are running late; we will wait 10 minutes for the client. If no communication is made, the session will be canceled, and the client forfeits the session.

Online Courses

Please be aware that all fees paid are non-refundable. Due to the depth of analysis, communication, and time required to create an effective program, corpSonore does not provide refunds. However, we recognize that exceptional circumstances, such as severe medical emergencies or unforeseen life disruptions, may arise. In such cases, we may consider course transfers. Students may have the option to join another course at a later date, subject to availability. Transfers will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Fees will not be refunded if a student withdraws before or during a course.

Membership Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time by logging into your account.
Payment plans for our online courses can not be canceled, and you agree to complete the agreed-upon payment within the agreed-upon timeline, regardless of whether or not you remain in the course.
